Gig Harbor Self Defense is the home of SafeCulture 360™ a prevention-focused approach to workplace violence and safety that helps organizations identify risk early, reduce liability, and strengthen readiness before disruption occurs. We partner with leaders to build practical, defensible safety cultures through awareness training, leadership development, and real-world preparedness grounded in law-enforcement and military-informed principles.
