Event Description:
Zombie Fest is an all-ages, family friendly event. The purpose of the event is to raise awareness about emergency and disaster preparedness and to raise money for the Highline Schools Foundation, the Friends of Normandy Park Foundation 501(c)(3) and a local food bank. Fun Activities: Emergency & community vehicle display (Includes police and fire vehicles, a replica Jurassic Park vehicle, Republic Services, King County Book Mobile, live music, food, beverages, business and educational booths, arts & crafts for children, FREE pumpkin patch, FREE scavenger hunt for children to build their own disaster preparedness kits, a performance by the Seattle Thrillers, Zombie Zumbathon, zombie costume contest, FREE Get Zombified booth featuring zombie costumes and make-up, raffles and the Mount Rainier High School zombie marching band! Zombie Facts: Zombie Fest Northwest draws nearly 2,500 visitors each year from King, Pierce, Snohomish, Kitsap and Thurston counties! Booth: 10' by 10’ outdoor booth space. Not provided: tent, tables or chairs (Unless request made and approved by Zombie Fest organizers). Vendors must weight their tents with at least 20 lb. weights per tent leg in case of wind or inclement weather. Electricity needed for setup? Y/N Number of 10 x 10 spaces requested: _______ Fee per booth: $100:_______ ($50 fee/$50 deposit*) *$50 deposit will be returned following Zombie Fest Northwest if this agreement is followed – including setting-up by 1:30pm and remaining open until 6pm. *$50 fee will be waved if items are donated for kids scavenger hunt or giveaways at booth.
